No refunds and cancellation shall be offered once the payment is done, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. If any of the documents requested for have been shared with TELANGANA RASHTRA PADMASHALI SANGHAM it is deemed that the work is underway and refund shall not be granted in such cases.
