Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham (TPPS) REGD No. 74/2023 is a Registered Society affiliated with Akhila Bharata Padmashali Sangham. Akhila Bharata Padmashali Sangham( ABPS) REGD No. 17/2017 with 100 years of history is the only Nationally Recognized Padmashali Sangham with regional affiliates in 16 states. To unite the community, protect the system, to build a united and strong platform for the Padmashali community for the benefit of future generations, a collective decision was taken to register a new Sangham in the name of Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham to clear the old stench completely and to overcome the court disputes.

Mr. Elagandula Ramana - MLC, Ms. Gundu Sudharani - Warangal Municipal Mayor, Mr. Chinta Prabhakar - Chairman of State Handloom Corporation, Mr. Guduri Praveen - Chairman of State Power Loom Corporation, Mr. Rapolu Anandabhaskar - former member of Rajya Sabha, Mr. Vannala Sriramulu - Former MLA, Mr. Eravatri Anil kumar Former, Mr. Kusuma Jagadish - Chairman Zilla Parishad, MuluguMLA, Mr. Kandagatla Swamy President Akhila Bharata Padmashali Sangham, Mr. Gaddam Jagannatham - General Secretary and many other leaders of the Padmashali community by putting aside their political party agendas have extended unstinted support and cooperation to the formation of Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham in its launching ceremony held on 26.03.2023 and oath taking ceremony held on 23.04.2023.

They have further declared in one voice that; Acharya Shri Konda Laxman Bapuji is the pioneer of Padmashali society. His way of thinking and leadership qualities should be followed by the Padmashali community. Padmashali Bhavan narayanguda was built by Sri Konda Laxman Bapuji and many other veterans of the community about 7 decades ago with the participation and contribution of a larger community. Since then, it has been recognized as a unity center, inspirational center, and power center of the entire padmashali community in the united Andhra Pradesh and many other states. The Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham and Akhila Bharata Padmashali Sangham were installed and located in this building during the Bapujis regime and served as the Head Office of both organizations. Thus affirmed that the Padmashali Sangham associated with this building and affiliated to Akhila Bharata Padmashali Sangham shall only be recognized as the true representative of the Padmashali community.

Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham Permanent Membership Registration Program is being conducted from 16.05.2023. One can get a permanent membership in the Sangham by paying just Rs 10/- subscription. Even these ten rupees should be thought of as donations for self-respect. And this is not a membership fee. By birth every Padmashali is a member of the community. The caste society works only for the prosperity, welfare, and development of the society. Those who are responsible for it should work selflessly, voluntarily, and with a sense of service. Responsibilities, positions, and rights in the community should also be earned through service rendered. Sangham shall be a service center, a unity center, and a welfare center.

Therefore, all the ‘Kulabandhuvulu’ who attained the age of 18 years are requested to enroll as permanent members in the Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham of the Telangana region and participate in building a strong community.

Main Objectives of Telangana Prantha Padmashali Sangham (TPPS)

  1. To strive for redressal of grievences and to achieve financial support to weavers and to save handloom.
  2. To provide aminities for skill development of youth and poor students to continue education.
  3. To strengthen community branches from village level to state level.
  4. To fight for national integrity and common causes of society together with other social organizations.
  5. To achieve fair share in political power from Panchayat member to Parliament member, by uniting and consolidating vote bank.
